Excellent location very close to walking street with cafes, efficient staff, everything was very good. The room was compact, new-fashioned and included a writing table and sound-proofed windows. And there was a nice view over inner courtyard.

I wasn't killed even though I was pretty sure I would be stabbed with a hiv positive needle for my money.
Location (in a drug den and surrounded by seedy businesses), parking (listing says parking, said parking in comments when I booked but arrived and was told they no longer offer parking but keep it on the site to attract visitors; parking cost 25euro a night at parking garage in centre of red light district); staff (were extremely rude and would not fix any problems with room); cleanliness (bathroom was disgusting, dirty; sheets were ripped on bed; towels were dirty); room (tv would not work and staff would not fix); internet (would randomly work).

For a budget hotel, this one offers very good value for money. The location (right near the train station) is exceptional. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are decent with good beds. Breakfast is typical hotel fare with nothing to complain about (or complement for that matter).
The street in front of the hotel can be noisy and so the rooms facing the street (60%) can be affected. The wireless network is quite slow. There is no air conditioning. The lack of air conditioning means that on warmer days you have to leave a window open (making the street noise much worse) and, in the case of a heat wave all you'll have is a fan.

Location is good. Breakfast was good.
No air conditioning. The 5th floor room was very warm and a little fusty in the end of May.
